These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Cool Technology Group Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  1. Participants must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Cool Technology Group are eligible, except as otherwise stated.
  3. Participation is void where prohibited by law or by your corporate policies.

2. How the Program Works

  1. Submit a referral. Participants (“Referrers”) may submit a referral by providing basic information about a prospective individual, including their associated company or organization (each, a “Referred Party”) through the designated referral submission process.
  2. Eligibility of referrals. To be eligible, a Referred Party must be a new prospective customer, meaning one that has not previously been referred, contacted, engaged, or recorded in Cool Technology Group’s sales or customer relationship management systems, as determined in Cool Technology Group’s sole discretion.
  3. Qualification and engagement. Cool Technology Group will review each referral and, if deemed a potential fit, may engage the Referred Party through its sales process to confirm interest, suitability, and timing.
  4. Validation of referral. A referral will be considered successful only if Cool Technology Group, in its sole discretion, determines that the Referrer’s submission materially contributed to the Referred Party becoming a customer and that the Referred Party subsequently completed onboarding and maintained active, paid service for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
  5. Referral reward. Upon validation of a successful referral, the Referrer will receive a one-time referral reward of five hundred U.S. dollars (US $500), subject to compliance with these Terms and any additional requirements outlined in Section 4.

3. Referral Restrictions

  1. Referrers may not:
    1. Attempt to generate referrals through self-referral or other artificial means.
    2. Engage in spam or other unethical solicitation methods.
    3. Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  2. Cool Technology Group reserves the right to disqualify participants and refuse rewards if referral activity is deemed fraudulent or abusive.

4. Rewards

  1. Rewards will be issued as described on the Referral Program page.
  2. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
  3. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
  4. Referral rewards are available only to individuals who are residents of the United States, as determined by Cool Technology Group, due to applicable tax reporting and compliance requirements.
  5. Referrers may be required to complete applicable tax documentation as a condition of receiving a reward.
  6. Cool Technology Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate rewards at any time, with or without notice.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

  1. Cool Technology Group may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
  2. Participants will be notified of material changes via email.
  3. Termination does not affect the validity of earned rewards prior to termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, trademarks, and logos used in connection with the Program remain the property of Cool Technology Group. Referrers may not use these without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cool Technology Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
  2. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during participation will be handled in accordance with Cool Technology Group’s Privacy Policy. By participating, participants consent to such collection and use.

10. Miscellaneous

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program.
  2. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  3. Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Cool Technology Group.
